Ann did an absolutely fantastic job helping us with our estate sale. This was a large, unorganized estate with lots of items in boxes and piles. Ann spent a considerable amount of time taking photos and getting everything ready to sell. The auction went well, and Ann handled all of the details to coordinate purchasers previewing the sale, paying for items and picking them up after the sale. This was huge for us since we live out of the area and dealing with liquidating the estate would have been time consuming and expensive if we had to do it all ourselves. Ann was easy to work with, and very responsive to our needs.
